I am absolute beginner in python and I want to be senior programmer in python what should I do

Senior engineers have at least 5 years of production experience.

Just learn Python syntax, tricks, frameworks, libraries, etc. nothing else much to say.
Libraries and frameworks change all the time so it's up to you to research which exactly to learn at what time

Obviously you also have to master basic algorithm design, design patterns, programming concepts, and most data structures.
