solo learn program issue - iPhone?

Hi: Is anyone else running into the issue of all the possible answers stacking one on top of each other, on multiple choice questions?

If so, does anyone know the fix or is it a solo learn program bug? (Using iPhone 16e running iOS 26.0.1)
