How can i make an animation by just coding here can anyone help me with it like what language we'll be perfect for that 😅

-> Are you planning to be a web developer? If yes, HTML/CSS/JS is a good place for creating animations.

-> Are you planning to be a game developer, or just wanted to make an animation and run it directly in your preferred programming language? (I know this requires a little bit of drawing skills and not 100% coding, but you might be interested in this) You can absolutely use some apps or websites like GIMP, Krita or Piskel for drawing animations and run it in your programming language.
