What do "SG" and "CD" stand for on the Top Learners page?

You are probably referring to 👑 Prometheus 🇸🇬 and JΞΜΔ 🇨🇩👑 , right?

The both happen to have their country flags entered at the end of their usernames, which are Singapore and Democratic Republic of Congo, so SG and CD, respectively.

Your device probably does not support country flags. Since country flags are comprised of their two-letter country codes, you'll see SG on mine and CD on JeMa's
