You can probably never be able to master a language completely or may be you can do but it might take you a very long time.

I don't think there is any cheat to getting good over night. I'd say it's about how much you actually want to do it, and about having a goal you're focused on that you want to be able to do.

Success is not a thing that u can achieve in one day or quickly. It take time to master in anything. As a phrase says "Practice makes the man perfect". So after Practice only you will become master so keep practicing.
