I tried changing my username already to see if the name on the certificates will change but they didn’t .

Question

I tried downloading the pdf version of the certificate but still not working 🤷🏼‍♂️ i really don’t know what else to do cause now half of all my certificates has my previous username on them while the current ones have my current username

try clearing sololearn cache , then you can retake the last exam for that course then you'll see your name

maybe some of the courses are updated so the old certificates cannot be renewed?

I think Sololearn updated their policy. I tried clicking on my certificate and got a popup confirming the name and language with a warning that they cannot be changed.....

I clicked view my certificate
The options that i saw were
Share your certificate
Save your certificate
I clicked on it and it still saved it with the previous name on it
So that didn’work as well

go to your profile > edit profile then. change your name then go to that course with your cert and view your cert you should see the change

Hi everyone, it’s fixed now.
The issue was with the recent version of Sololearn , they’ve removed that feature in the new update.
If you’re still on an older version, you can still do it.
