As you follow the lessons you gain xp and bits ( bits allow you to buy hearts ) while going through the lessons or you can wait the waiting period ( 5 hours ) per heart to renew. During that time you can practice what you have learned along the way.

As BroFar already mentioned, learning has no relation with financial state.

Decide on what you want to learn.
Go to 'Learn' tab, pick the course you want to complete. It doesn't have anything to do with money.
And keep doing practice practice practice.

I can feel you Farhad. I am also suffering like you. I am also a new guy here like you. but somehow I managed to learn coding. You can learn the basics from here and you can practice in some code writer. If you are using a phone, then go to youtube and look for code writer apps. It is not easy to learn programming without a computer. but if you know exactly what to do, you can learn this. You can also look for some websites to practice and solving problems. I am also using a phone.
