I don't understand this 'return' stuff. where exactly does it return to?. For instance, if I type 'return 0' or 'return 1' or 'return sum', what is the difference?. Where does 0,1,sum return to (or what does it return?) and what is the reason for the return?

I am coming from a decent C++ background, C++ has issues of datatype handling but I see python has dynamic data type management policies (didn't know what to call them), in doing so is there any memory complexity?

The basic difference between Id and class it that, an ID can be applied to only single type of elements no matter how many times you apply or how many ids you create
but in slight edge class is same as id but can be applied to different types of elements

can someone tell me how to make it impossible for a user to type a 'userchoice1[x]' value that does not range from 1 - 10.
If you also know a way I can make the user input another value for the 'userchoice1[x]' variable if it is less than 1, I'll appreciate you share the knowledge with me.
