You should learn python introduction first and see videos on YouTube to learn python.You can see the video of mosh hamedani's video for python beginners.You can practice coding in visual studio in PC.I think that's enough.

First Do courses , and it will never be fast , take time to learn in depth... When you are comfortable with the basics dive deeper... Practice numpy like libraries and build useful algorithms. Practice daily ...
