Don't start with the easiest
The easiest becomes the hardest if it's not in line with your passion
Ask your self what you want to build to solve problems and if it's in line with your passion, then pick the programming languages that suits it.
As time goes on you would see the need for others and be more passionate so you can learn it quickly.

LEARN C OR PYTHON. DEPENDS IF YOU WANT TO DO SOME CODE OR JUST SOME PSEUDOCODE.

I recommend beginners try Malbolge or Whitespace- both easy to learn, intuitive to use.

There are many different opinions about what to choose at the beginning. Most of the hardcore schools gonna teach you plain C for a first half of the year. It's "easy to learn, hard to master" language. It's the one of the most loved languages and simple, but it's very deep language. It's on you how deep you want to go, but your knowledge of the IT shall be great. It means whenever you face the technology - you'll always have a solid guesses or insights how any program or any language works, why you get such and such errors and you'll be understanding the bottlenecks in other languages and it will be easier for you to find solutions.
It's not that hard to learn the basics of C and being able to understand how your computer and OS works, have the feeling that you can do anything you want... if you have enough time for that.
I understand that many people gonna advise you to learn Python, don't understand why they suggest Java. Java is pretty useful language to create performant code that require minimum rewrites if it works - it has a great cross-platform capabilities, but it's syntax and mostly business-oriented application very definitive for your further path.
Try to learn C and some Python, HTML. I also could recommend to seriously look into bash scripting and Lua (which is even simpler than Python, much faster and integrates from C projects and C integrates from Lua scripts, but I don't like arrays staring at index 1 instead of 0. Lua is helpful to create your custom coding environment with neovim or wrap complex code into simplified commands (many games are using Lua in consoles for example)).
Remember that you don't pick the job for the tool. You pick the tool to do the job.
