if it is related to a tutorial, just name it.

please also check if your current used app version is the latest version. add also the platform you are working on (ios, android, windos).

i used the python tutorial `introduction to python` and the ai generated exercise (with a basic account - no pro, no max). i could finish the exercise without any problem.

so i recommend you to ask sololearn directly what the issue may be. use:
