Windows User sending python file to Chrome OS and Mac User

Is there anything I have to do to my Python file beforehand in order for them to use my tkinter / ttk app??

Not that I am aware of, I have written several cross platform GUIs. You might want to save the python file as a .pyw if you want to suppress the terminal/ cmd window from popping up in the background
