ouvrir un fichier python

bonjour j'ai fait une calculatrice python grace a l'IDLE python et quand j 'ouvre le fichier je ne peut pas l'éxécuter je vois le code mais quand je fait entrer sa ne fait rien

Fait juste fichier >> run Ou appuye sur f5.
