Why not conio. h??

What are the main uses of the libraries conio.h and stdlib.h? (besides letting you open a .exe) Can you change the text color?

c++conio.stdlib.

why dont we use #include<stdio. h>or conio. h as headers here and why read line write line instead of printf and scanf?
