I want just to include any type variable and also want program to find out which type I included. Please, help me if anyone know

Please, help me understand this: print(not(2==3 or 2==3 and 2==3)) ==>True print(not(2==2 or 2==2 and 2==3)) ==>False should I operate 'and ' before 'or'? or simply operate from left to right? it's spinning my head please!

Please, help me. I have to write program, but I don`t know how to do it . You have amount of seconds . You must to arrange it in format: hour:minutes:seconds. For example, 26746 seconds - it is 07:25:46.
