Do you think I will be successful if I practice in sololearn with only my phone most of the time?

Sololearn was designed and is a mobile first app. Its main purpose is to make learning accessible to all - without the need for a computer. Yes, you can begin learning using a phone only. As you progress in your journey a computer will be extremely beneficial. Sololearn is meant for learning the fundamentals and is a very good place to start! But once you get into more advanced topics of programming and computer science you will find a desktop or laptop to be an invaluable tool.

Sololearn is only for the basics to get you started. It's not a full course to make you an expert at web development

webdev is a big field, with many toolsets and components. Almost all languages can be used and sooner or later, you will need to expand your skills beyond basic html/css/js. The phone is not the ideal device for learning beyond the basics.

SoloLearn seems to be designed just for mobile users. Easy in one hand.
