Before starting to learn think which type of development would you like to make

For web you can learn html, css and js
For apps you can learn java, kotlin for Android and Swift for ios
For desktop you can learn c++, c vb.net
For AI you can learn python
For database SQL

If you are stuck in something you can drop an question along with your attempt and clear doubts

To be fair #Manav Roy, while it's implied he wants a free tutor. We don't necessarily know that he wouldn't pay if told lessons cost money. Which, I imagine would make some people change their mind on the matter. More over some people may learn better in social enviroments, either through learning from others or teaching them. It's honestly not as an unreasonable request as it initially appears.
