Yes it is necessary, though AI will affect many aspects of technology, but I bet you that AI is not that compatible, as people declare it to be. If you start learning python you get to understand more than you expect, so yes it is very necessary to learn python and other programming languages

always good to know something. you'll never know when you have to use it.
AI can help coding faster, but don't trust in it's code.
if you wanna be good at python, learn it. start it from the very beginning. and later on you can find what AI does wrong
