Question #1: Approach for Employment With Java

I am learning Java from the basics to the immediate stage, learning about OOP and web frameworks (SpringBoot). Done some practice programs and just did a single personal project (only applied OOP) but my question is....what should I do more? More personal projects implementing SpringBoot? Practice Leetcoding?

Personal projects is a great way to build portfolio and experience. Also using a variety of tools will help you, don't only focus on SpringBoot. Solving harder LeetCode problems is also a good idea, since they are still often part of the interview process.
