How can I learn codes

I want to learn about web development. But Right now I am a college student. I don't have any laptop or computers. I just only have a Android mobile phone.Can I learn codes by useing mobile phone. If i can,,,then how can i start, please suggest me,,,

you are on a right place!
for web development you will need:
html, css
frontend: javascript
backend: javascript, php, python, c#, java, .... and so on
for both front- and backend (full stack) : angular is available here

start from the beginning. learn html.ó, after that css.
don't just ask, do it.
next time use relevant tags.
