I guess no cuz it's backed by Microsoft so there's no chance of downfall as per current environment But yeah what will cause your downfall is not going with current requirements... U know tech world changes every second so .NET is not the only stuff that can give you job U need to combine other stuffs with .NET and be creative And yeah have a strong base to create a strong impression.

.NET is not dying, it's evolving. In enterprise & cloud-native environments, it is growing. If you learn modern .NET (Core, Blazor, Azure), you are future-proofing your developer career with a stack that still commands strong salaries and long-term opportunities. Where .NET is thriving in 2025 - Banking and Fintech - Healthcare systems - Enterprise-grade CRMs and ERPs - Cloud-native development using Azure Functions + .NET - Blazor-based progressive web apps At Impero IT Services, we have delivered .NET-based custom software for government bodies & financial institutions in the U.S. & Ireland just this year. These clients specifically asked for ASP.NET Core for web apps and Blazor for modern front-ends, not React or Angular. Why? Because of maintainability, stability & security.
