Why is SoloLearn such a high demaning network app?

I must say Sololearn is a high demanding wifi (network) app. Sometimes when I challenge people the slides take very long to load or bomb out completely. Also when I start the app it has a long loading time on the activity feed. My internet connetion is fast thow. Hope the internet network problems stay away now.

I have noticed this kind of problem also when chatting with my friends on sololearn, so, I would say it is because of downloading and uoploading data to american website directly probably

That sort of problem is prevalent since almost a year now.

I have never seen an explanation of what exactly is the cause, only the guessings of other users.
