Completely new to coding advice?

Hi everyone, I have 0 knowledge of coding whatsoever I study medicine but have always wanted to learn coding hence why I downloaded this app. Any suggestion on how to start and where I can find the fundamental concepts?

Than practice on online sites like hackerrank and codeforces
Try to build a project later
