Hi guys I'm a 2nd year college student and yet i still don't really get c# and now I'm under pressure and stress if i can really survive in this school year. But I'm starting to practice the basics but still i know it's not enough, u guys have any suggestions? i really want to be a developer but i don't have any laptop or pc to practice. I just use this sololearn.

you are at the right place here. sololearn is a `self-learner` platform. you can learn from the supplied tutorials at your own pace.
since you have already started with the tutorial *introduction to c#* you could continue with that.
if you get stuck somewhere in your learning journey, you can post a question here.

If u are in 2nd year of college, dont understand a single programming language and dont have any access to devices that will give u means to learn, perhaps a career change is the way to go. Just a possibility to consider.

you can write your own code in an app named: C# Shell (C# Offline Compiler)
but anyways, first you should understand the syntax, how algorithms work. what is a function, etc.
then write your own codes as well

You can just simply practice on sololearn once you understand How to write a code you will understand the coding and developing
